Content Designer - £500-550pd DOE - Outside IR35 - 3 months+ Hybrid working in Newcastle ( 2 days on site every 2 weeks, rest remote)

Looking for a meticulous and dependable Content Designer to support the delivery of high-quality, accessible digital content. While the role carries the title of Content Designer, the core responsibilities are more aligned with web content publishing-working closely with developers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare, format, and publish content to a hand-coded website.
This position differs from traditional content design roles in that it involves limited user research or structural rewriting. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that content provided by SMEs is implemented accurately, adheres to GDS guidelines, and meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and prepare content provided by SMEs, applying GDS content standards and plain English principles wherever possible.
