As Sales Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the commercial strategy — building on success and leading the sales function
* Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Own the national sales roadmap across trade and commercial channels to drive revenue growth and market share.
* Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage, motivate, and grow a team of Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to deliver results.
* Build and nurture senior-level relationships with major trade and commercial clients.
* Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align sales with broader business objectives.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, KPI tracking, and insightful sales reporting to the Board.
* Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
What You Will Need
* Proven success in a senior sales leadership role in the fenestration sector.
* Deep understanding of the uPVC and aluminium window and door markets.
* A strong network within the trade and/or commercial building sectors.
* Experience managing and developing national sales teams.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
