Requirements
* Experienced in administration?
* Desirably from a recruitment background (Not essential)
* Able to manage your time well and use your own initiative?
* An effective communicator both via email and telephone?
* Proactive throughout the day including early mornings…….7:00am start!
* Motivated to work in a fast-paced customer focussed and professional environment?
* Willing to work hard to fulfil your job specification and meet your targets?

Role responsibilities
* Working alongside our team of recruitment consultants
* Placing adverts
* Screening CV’s and contacting potential candidates
* Processing applications
* Conducting interviews and compliance checks
* Creating CV’s and marketing
* Liaising with candidate base to place them in bookings
* Communication with clients regarding placements
Benefits and hours
We offer a great salary between £27,500 and £30,000 + bonus scheme. Additional benefits include onsite gym facilities, 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, day off for your birthday, In-house counsellor and wellbeing mentor. 42.5 hours per week 7:00 to 4:30pm. Reduced hours during school holidays.
