Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Reporting to the Channel Leader, you will:

Identify and develop new customer opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, and food service.

Lead end-to-end tender processes and negotiate long-term national or multi-site agreements.
*
Build strong customer relationships to create long-term business plans and expand partnerships.
*
Develop and sell customer-relevant solutions leveraging the performance of P&G Professional brands.
*
Collaborate with distributor partners in the Food & Janitorial industries.
*
Continuously identify new growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and operations.

What You’ll Bring

Experienced: Proven track record in complex commercial opportunities, including tenders and structured contract negotiations.

Sector Savvy: Experience in hospitality, healthcare, food service, or leisure, ideally within non-food, hygiene, or chemical categories.

Credible: Strong engagement skills with stakeholders, turning customer needs into compelling proposals.

Organized: Excellent project management abilities to deliver high-quality results across multiple workstreams.

Commercially Minded: A proactive mindset with good commercial judgment.
*
Licensed: A valid UK driving license.
