Maintenance Supervisor (Team Leader/Mechanical)
A£48,000 - A£59,000 + Lots of Overtime if Desired + Bonus (Approx A£1,500 - A£2,000 per Annum) + Pension + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm and 4.30pm Friday Finish

Overview:
Maintenance Supervisor position in a secure and market-leading manufacturer. This is a new role, and the company has been investing heavily in the site over the last 5 years.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the maintenance department.
2. Project improvement work.
3. Oversee contractors and ensure all H&S on site.
4. Assist in hands-on maintenance, PPM, and breakdown.
5. Assist in plant installations.
Requirements:
1. Maintenance experience in manufacturing.
2. An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is preferred.
3. Experience of leading a team or capable of doing so.
