We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Income Generation team, supporting our work with Major Donors, Corporate Partners, and Trusts & Foundations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and motivated by making a real difference. Working closely with senior fundraisers, you will play a key role in helping to build strong, long-term relationships with supporters and ensuring they receive excellent stewardship and a positive experience.
You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, we’re looking for someone with the right skills, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of major donor, corporate, and trust fundraising activity
* Helping to research and prepare donor proposals, funding applications, and reports
* Coordinating meetings, events, communications, and follow-up actions
* Ensuring supporters are thanked and kept informed about the impact of their support
* Maintaining accurate records and income tracking on our CRM system
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, finance, and services
About You
* Experience of managing and working with fundraising databases
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident in written communication and able to adapt your tone for different audiences>
