Job summary We are looking for a full-time Remote Advanced Nurse Practitioner as a new salaried team member to work across our whole organisation. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) focusing on telephone consultations is integral to enhancing access to healthcare through digital means. This role involves providing high-level clinical assessments, advice, and treatment recommendations primarily through telephone appointments. The ANP will work under the guidance of and in collaboration with, other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and effective patient care remotely. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical assessments via telephone calls, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications or other treatments, and referring patients to other services when necessary. The role demands a high degree of clinical expertise, excellent judgement, and proficiency in using digital health tools to manage patient care efficiently. The ANP will also play a critical role in the development and implementation of our clinical protocols and guidelines, ensuring they align with national standards and best practices.
