As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for processing payroll payments, maintaining employee records, and ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits. Hybrid working model 2/3.
Responsibilities:
Process employee payroll by gathering and verifying information from time sheets, attendance records, and wage and salary statements.
Calculate and reconcile data to ensure accurate payments.
Review and verify payroll reports and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain employee records including employment contracts, tax and benefit forms, and salary changes.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Manage payroll software systems and keep up to date with changes to legislation regarding tax and social security contributions.
Work within the Payroll team to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
