As Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
* Supervising and managing the team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
* Ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times for the efficient and safe running of the home.
* Identifying and reporting any deficits in care and staff training needs.
* Providing training to staff as required.
* Role modelling excellence for staff and acting as a key worker for young people in the home.
* Ensuring the care and well-being of the young people is maintained at the highest level at all times.

* A full driving licence.
* A willingness to undertake training as directed by the Registered Manager.
