What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Support the day-to-day operations of the lettings department Market properties, respond to enquiries, and arrange viewings Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements Manage tenancy applications, reference checks, and prepare tenancy agreements Coordinate tenant move-ins and ensure smooth transitions Generate, organise, and attend market appraisals Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Ensure all lettings activity complies with legislation and company policy Manage administrative duties efficiently Maintain accurate records using internal systems Deliver high standards of client service at every stage What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in lettings Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment Excellent customer care and communication skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and numerate Knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practice Positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach Resilient and professional in a busy environment Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong written and verbal communication What's In It For You?
