Operations Assistant Ealing £32,500 Permanent ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a high-end interior designer on a permanent basis. The Role: Support the Operations/General Manager with planning and scheduling installations Assist with day-to-day logistics, including vehicle routing, driver coordination, and delivery tracking Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure goods are prepared, packed, and loaded correctly Maintain accurate stock and equipment records Handle incoming and outgoing paperwork (job sheets, delivery notes, timesheets) Communicate with clients and subcontractors where needed to confirm schedules Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or resourcing issues Ensure H&S and compliance records are up to date Support with general admin duties across transport, warehouse and office functions Requirements: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Good communication skills – written and verbal Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or operations (preferred but not essential) IT literate – able to use Excel, email, and scheduling tools Proactive, reliable, and confident problem-solver This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
