You are joining a new CE Brand and Go to market team for Consumer Electronics portfolio, focusing on TV, AV and Home Appliances category. We seek a new team member to play a crucial role in reshaping the team to lead the key product launches and central initiatives. Role And Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Social and influencer activation for key Pan-European projects Lead social activation for key product launches and sustain campaigns in Europe by liaising with project lead and subs. This includes devising social strategy, content planning and production, toolkit creation, implementation through laison with subs, posting status monitoring and performance reporting. Lead premium pan-EU influencer events for key projects. This includes planning the programme, liaising with subs, writing the agency and influener brief, leading the creative and desirable product experience, managing the delivery of the event and approvals. The framework for data-driven influencer management and reporting tools Establish the framework for setting critical metrics for influencers, crafting dashboards, and reporting to improve Return on investment and performance. Accountable for the reporting for all social & influencer campaigns and influencer events, both in-depth and execusitve summary on the live day. Alignment and relationship management with Headquarters and 16 subs on social and influencer activations Coordinate with collaborators in HQ, Europe office, and subs to align strategy and activation plan. This role doesn’t include direct managing of social accounts but your role is to influence subsidiaries local social plan to make sure all campaign assets are posted across all channels. Social team operations and innovations Leading the regular calls with subs’ social & influencer team Collaborator management within European marketing, Product & Sales and counterparts in South Korea HQ. Build strong relationships with markets, which will foster in-depth knowledge of markets’ plans and local activations. Ensure all local market activities follow standard approval procedure and brand guidelines. Propose new ideas to make Samsung best in class for social/influencer activations. What We Need For This Role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in social and influencer marketing. Strong campaign management experience is essential. Excellent knowledge of all social platforms and how to optimise content for different social platforms. You have a deep understanding of what makes social and influencer campaign stand out, engaging and drive performance. Strong sense of ownership on the projects you manage. Driven and determined to get things done. Strong hands-on experience on influencer contracting, briefing, content creation and reporting. Excellent balance between creative and analytical skills Focusing on Results – dedicated to pushing things forward and reaching specific goals, even when working with different collaborators with differing agendas. You will need to be an efficient project manager, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively findings solutions and opportunities to deliver timely launch campaigns in Europe. Navigating Organisations – excelling at negotiation, with a proven ability to influence collaborators from various teams and different leadership levels. You will need to be a people-person, building bridges and consensus and creating solid relationships both at European and HQ levels. The ability to lead and empower several teams in multiple locations towards shifting goals is crucial. Creative & Business Intelligence – commercially astute and with a good grasp of business goals, being able to formulate and identify creative strategies to meet those goals. You will need to have previous experience in managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns and creative agency management experience. Formulating succinct requests - being able to summarise complex information in a catchy and efficient way, to drive desired actions. You will need to use your influence to acquire information from various partners and Strong problem solving and diplomatic skills to collaborate with many collaborators, both internal and external Is a natural networker who can encourage others and able to build positive relationships and to align outstanding viewpoints with people with outstanding background. A positive and can-do attitude. Ability to perform under ambiguity and complexity in a face-paced environment. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills What does success look like? Use consumer focused and social platform insights to define a social and influencer strategy for designated product and sustain campaigns across Europe and ensure globally-developed campaigns and social strategies answer to European needs. Working with the Go-to-market, Campaign team, European marketing functions, and influence social and influencer teams in headquarters to develop campaigns that are optimised for Europe and maximum performance. Plan and deliver successful campaigns to meet the sales and brand target. Monitor campaign implementation and results alongside the CMI and new Social analytics team, providing informative campaign reports and standard methodology cases In turn, you will collaborate with social & influencer teams in local subsidiaries, campaigns can be implemented effectively across Europe. Make Europe stand out to be a light house for social & influencer within Samsung. The interview process Stage 1: Interview with Head of CE GTM and team members. Stage 2: Interview and presentation with Head of Brand. There will be a presentation for the 2nd round of the interview.
