Role Purpose
The Sales Development Associate is a key daily resource for clients, ensuring the smooth operational execution of client requests and sales activities. This role is vital in building foundational relationships and driving client satisfaction by acting as an internal advocate and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery. The SDA supports the identification and nurturing of cross-sell and upsell opportunities, demonstrating a client-centric mindset through high levels of accountability. The role's key focus is to enable additional selling time for the seller(s) they are supporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the identification, qualification and closure of sales opportunities, driving conversion from leads to close particularly for low complexity technology sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.
2. Act as a client Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing extended support to specialist business areas e.g., Microsoft EAs, cloud.
