Key Responsibilities
* Owning the engineering strategy, organizational structure, and execution roadmap across all product teams.
* Leading large-scale modernization and professionalization of technology stack and engineering practices.
* Scaling and optimizing a high-performing engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and team development.
* Collaborating closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software.
* Implementing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for engineering performance.
* Leading platform modernization, architectural scalability, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
* Managing engineering budget, headcount planning, and vendor/partner relationships effectively.
As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior/executive role.
* Proven track record of scaling engineering teams in B2B SaaS environments.
* Demonstrated success operating in private equity-backed companies or high-growth, change-driven environments.
* Deep understanding of modern SaaS architectures, including microservices, cloud-native, DevOps, and CI/CD principles.
* Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to balance technical vision with practical execution.
