About the Role : Learning Support Assistant
* Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant for pupils with additional needs
* Work with small groups across EYFS to KS2 as a Learning Support Assistant
* Support pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum as a Learning Support Assistant
* Collaborate with teachers and professionals to deliver tailored support as a Learning Support Assistant
Requirements : Learning Support Assistant
* Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in an SEN setting
* Passion for helping children thrive as a Learning Support Assistant
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills essential for a Learning Support Assistant
* Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly as a Learning Support Assistant
