We are seeking an experienced Valuations/Sales Manager or Senior Consultant to join our busy, dynamic estate agency based in Farnham town centre.
Bourne Estate Agents is a fully independent business with an expanding network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.
Working as part of a highly successful team, you'll help deliver a market-leading service to our sellers and buyers through outstanding customer service and business development. The role may suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator seeking a new challenge or a step into a more senior role. We are also open to considering Lettings Consultants with some industry experience looking for a new opportunity.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and third parties
2. Gathering buyer feedback and discussing it with vendors
3. Handling offer negotiations
4. Registering applicants over the phone and inputting data into property software
5. Maintaining an active buyer database
6. Engaging in business generation activities such as leaflet dropping and call outs
7. Upselling additional services
8. Working towards targets, managing KPIs, and improving areas such as conversion rates
9. Assisting with property listings, including photos and floorplans
10. Carrying out property valuations or training towards this
11. Focusing on the customer journey to enhance client experience

Our package includes a basic salary, car allowance, strong uncapped commission structure, and workplace pension scheme. Working hours are 8:45 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays, with a day off in lieu every third Saturday.
