We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy, friendly independent garage with a strong reputation for honest service and quality workmanship.
This role is ideal for either:
* An experienced Service Advisor, or
* A qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic who wants to come off the tools and move into a customer-facing role

Duties
* Booking vehicles in for service, MOT and repairs
* Acting as the main customer contact (phone, email and front desk)
* Preparing job cards and scheduling work for technicians
* Providing estimates and explaining repairs clearly
* Liaising between workshop and customers
* Ordering parts and invoicing
* Delivering professional, honest customer service
Requirements
* Experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, or similar role
or
* Ex-Mechanic / Vehicle Technician looking to move into a service desk role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good understanding of vehicle repairs and workshop processes
* Confident using computer systems
* Full UK driving licence preferred
