Debt Recovery Agent / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen to the customers needs whilst building rapport and supporting them throughout the process is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES AND/OR CONTACT CENTRE IS AN ADVANTAGE FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great. If not, the company will provide full training and support to ensure you start off on the right foot.
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,938 per annum + Bonus + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Kirkby, Liverpool Merseyside, North West England (L33)
