This is an opportunity to continue your awesome progression in testing working at the leading edge of technology. Working within a diverse, highly skilled, and agile development team, you will be given the responsibility to test and enhance Bennetts’ web applications that help drive the business and deliver real value to Bennetts’ customers and the motorcycling industry. We are looking for a Manual Software Tester on a 12 month fixed term contract who is: Proficient in modern testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and continuous integration practices within agile environments. Driven by delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software on time. Thrives in a fast paced, collaborative team, embracing DevOps principles and cross-functional cooperation. An excellent communicator, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tech environment and skills: We’re on an exciting journey of transformation, modernising both our technology stack and our ways of working. Our future tech environment will be built on C# .NET9, React using Azure pipelines, supported by modern engineering practices including CI/CD, TDD, Agile, and Test Automation. Experience in any of these areas will be a strong advantage. Initially, you’ll work with our legacy systems. You’ll champion quality across the entire delivery lifecycle, helping to shift testing left, embedding quality from the outset by reviewing, analysing, and constructively challenging requirements. Your responsibilities will span test planning, execution, and supporting live releases. As the Business evolves you may be required to transition over to our new tech stack.
