Description Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts Support budgeting and long-range planning processes across business units Analyse variances between actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insights and commentary Create and compile monthly results presentations for leadership review Coordinating and tracking of KPIs across business units Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems Support ad hoc analysis requests Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesProfile A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should have: Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting. Part-Qualified Accountant desirable but not essential. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT Analytical with financial technical expertise. Strong Excel skills Proactive with a drive to deliver solutions.
