We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a family-run, supportive care provider operating three children’s residential homes in the Basildon area.

About the Homes

3 residential children’s homes, all within close distance of each other

Young people aged 14–17
*
EBD services
*
2:1 staffing ratio – you are never lone working
Shifts & Flexibility

You must be flexible to work days and night
*
Shift patterns:
*
8:00am – 8:00pm
*
8:00pm – 8:00am
*
Requirement to complete 3–4 shifts per week
Training & Development

Restraint training
*
Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualificatio
