Job Description
We’re recruiting an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing B2B sales team within an established tech services business.
You’ll be responsible for winning new business face-to-face, supported by a dedicated lead generation team, while also taking ownership of generating your own opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and being accountable for their own results.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend pre-qualified appointments booked by the internal lead generation team
* Generate your own leads through cold prospecting, referrals, networking, and LinkedIn
* Conduct on-site and virtual sales meetings with business decision-makers
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to close
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Accurately update CRM systems with activity and deal progress
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
