This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to step into a leadership role within a high-performing and creative pastry kitchen. Working closely with the Executive Head Pastry Chef, you will lead day-to-day operations and inspire a team of ambitious junior chefs, ensuring excellence across all pastry offerings.
From exquisite afternoon teas and beautifully crafted desserts in the fine dining restaurant, to impressive seasonal showpieces and elegant banqueting creations this role demands a blend of classic technique, creativity, and precision. With many ingredients sourced directly from the estates own Walled Garden, a passion for fresh, seasonal produce is essential.

A proven Head Pastry Chef with strong leadership and mentoring skills
Exceptional knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques
