Salary: £47,181 – £50,269 a year plus £3,203 car benefit allowance

Join Luton Rising, the Luton Council‑owned company that owns London Luton Airport, as Marketing Manager. In this role you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to boost the brand presence, engage communities and strategically support business interests.


What You Will Do

* Develop, manage and promote Luton Rising’s social media – plan, produce and schedule high‑impact campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
* Line‑manage and support team members, encouraging innovation and best practice.
* Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with Luton Rising’s strategic objectives.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategy.
* Support events, sometimes lifting gear or attending evening/weekend activation days, to bring the brand to life.


What We Are Looking For

* Proven experience in communications or marketing management role, ideally within a complex stakeholder environment.
* Strong skills in compelling visual and written content, campaign scheduling, and brand consistency.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting abilities – comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently across competing priorities.
* In‑depth experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
