What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage a section and support the Head & Senior Sous in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* A cool head in high-pressure services
* Passion for teaching and supporting more junior chefs
* High standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
