Siamo Recruitment are currently working with a fabulous well established company within the County of Denbighshire. The company are in need of Customer Service Advisers and all aspects of Financial Administration across the Revenue's department. The company is offering a mixture of temporary and temp to perm opportunities. Pay Rate: £12.21 for the initial 12 weeks, a rate increase after the 12 weeks. Immediate start available. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records. Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to offer informed support. Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues. Finance Administration Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist with daily financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Assist with preparing reports, budgets, and financial summaries as needed. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Experience Previous experience in a combined customer service and/or finance admin role (Preferred experience) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic work environment. A customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Understanding of basic accounting principles is desirable.
