Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel safe and valued.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support the individual development needs of each child.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, and share insights with parents to support their development.
* Work collaboratively with a newly-formed team, helping to shape and define best practices from day one.
* Support with the development of routines and processes as we grow, including meal times, outdoor activities, and nap times.
* Be an ambassador for our nursery, building positive relationships with children, parents, and the community.
* Play an active role in the continuous improvement of the nursery and contribute ideas for activities and programs.

Essential Criteria:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working with children in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* A genuine passion for helping children develop and learn.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Proactive and adaptable with a team-oriented approach.
* A clear DBS check and a solid understanding of safeguarding practices.
Desirable Criteria:
* First Aid qualification.
* Additional training in areas like SEN (Special Educational Needs) or Child Protection.
* Experience with children aged 0-5 years.
