Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Anglia Air Testing is a leading energy consultancy and testing company that works with developers and self-builders in East Anglia and beyond, delivering high quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments.
We’re looking for an OCDEA-qualified Sustainability Consultant to join our team. This is a primarily office-based role allowing some remote work, you’ll produce SAP assessments and EPCs for residential developments, and individual self-build homes, supporting our clients in meeting Part L requirements and achieving their sustainability objectives, however we are happy to speak with candidates at different stages of their career - as long as you have some relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. Good attention to detail is essential as the role requires a high degree of accuracy and organisation skills.

Essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent computer skills and a good level of general education, particularly in Maths, Science and English
* Ability to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work

* Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support
Desirable
* Be an accredited On Construction Domestic Energy/SAP Assessor
* Be conversant with Building Regulations throughout the UK particularly in relation to the conservation of fuel and power
* Experience in delivering Overheating assessments (Part O), PSI Values, or SBEM would be advantageous, and we welcome candidates who are keen to broaden their expertise in these areas.
* Competence using SketchUp modelling software
* Have an ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
