The Role: * Preparing tender and contract documents. * Conducting detailed cost analysis. * Assisting in defining client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies. * Performing risk assessments, value management, and cost control. * Advising on procurement strategies tailored to project needs. * Analysing tender returns and providing detailed costings. * Advising clients on suitable contract forms. * Providing guidance on contractual claims. * Preparing detailed progress reports and analyses. * Valuing completed work and advising clients on payments. The Ideal Candidate: * Flexible and willing to travel as required. * 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Working towards MRICS or membership of a relevant professional body. * Confident and client-facing professional with excellent communication skills. * NEC3/NEC4 contract experience essential.
