About the Role
We’re supporting a fast-growing, customer-focused organisation in the search for a dynamic HR Business Partner. This is a newly created position with a key role in embedding a modern HRBP approach across the business.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive sales performance, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. Partnering with a wider HR team, you’ll lead impactful HR projects and help build a people function fit for a high-growth B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering
* Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategies aligned with business and customer goals
* Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development
* Support a high-volume, customer-centric workforce
People Projects & Transformation
* Lead cross-functional HR projects supporting business growth (performance frameworks, culture initiatives, training, reward)
* Embed scalable HR processes and operating rhythms suitable for a fast-growing organisation
Performance, Talent & Engagement
* Drive continuous performance improvement through coaching and leadership support
* Lead talent and capability development initiatives across sales, customer service, and operational teams
* Champion engagement, wellbeing, and retention across diverse employee groups
Employee Relations & Change Management
* Provide expert ER guidance with a fair, consistent, and pragmatic approach
* Support organisational change, including restructures and transformation initiatives
* Assist with TUPE and integration activity where required
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
* Partner with HR colleagues to lead recruitment activity aligned to growth plans
* Attract and onboard talent across sales, operations, and technical functions
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure HR impact
About You
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (e.g. B2C, retail, telecoms, utilities, or energy)
* Comfortable operating in both structured and scaling business environments
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering people initiatives end-to-end
* Deep understanding of performance management, learning & development, engagement, and reward
* Experience managing change and navigating complexity (TUPE experience desirable)
* Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) preferred
