Want to be part of a team delivering the Peer and IAG contract across Suffolk? You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders with walk in information, advice and guidance sessions and peer support groups. We are looking for a motivated, flexible and creative practitioner with experience of working with people who have learning disabilities or autism to join our team. You will be based at our Lowestoft site but cover the north of Suffolk and some of the east coast.
