As we continue to scale and deliver next‑generation aircraft seating, we’re looking for a Quality Inspector to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest engineering, customer, and aerospace regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on role where precision, compliance and collaboration are key.

What you’ll do in this role as our Quality Inspector
* Conduct inspection activities across incoming goods, in‑process manufacturing, and final product release.
* Perform dimensional and visual inspections using a range of inspection equipment and measurement techniques.
* Support and complete First Article Inspection (FAI) activities in line with AS9102 requirements.
* Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to verify product conformity.
* Record inspection results accurately and maintain structured quality documentation and traceability records.
* Raise and support investigations into non‑conformances, ensuring issues are clearly documented and communicated.
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns and support corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management standards and internal quality procedures.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process capability, and inspection efficiency.
* Assist with calibration control and the proper use and care of inspection equipment where required.
What we’re looking for in a Quality Inspector
* Experience within an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).
* Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and measurement equipment.
* High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to documentation.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Confident communicator able to collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams.
Nice to have:
* Hands‑on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI).
* Good working knowledge of AS9102 and AS9100 standards.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience using digital inspection records or ERP/MRP systems within manufacturing.
