Our client is looking to recruit an Area Nursery Manager covering Midlands/Nottingham area. As an Area Manager, you will play a critical role in the Operational Leadership Team, overseeing a group of nurseries across the North West. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our clients nurseries meet the highest standards of care, safety, and education, while also achieving financial goals and maintaining regulatory compliance. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing the management of several nurseries within the North West, ensuring that each location delivers quality care and remains financially viable. Providing guidance and support to nursery managers and their teams, helping them achieve their best and maintain high standards of early childhood education. Ensuring that all nurseries within your area maintain "Ofsted – Good" or higher ratings, and driving continuous improvement across all settings. Ensuring full compliance with all policies and upholding the highest safety standards across your nurseries. Creating a positive culture that values staff, supports their development, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Overseeing financial performance, maximising revenue, and controlling expenses to ensure the financial health of each nursery.
