About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage projects and teams across multiple sites, ensuring operations run smoothly. The role combines office‑based coordination with hands‑on support on the ground. While prior experience is helpful, the key qualities we’re looking for are a positive attitude, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Oversee daily activities of staff and contractors, ensuring efficient operations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
* Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
* Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation.
* Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
* Be flexible and willing to engage in operational, hands‑on tasks to support the team.
What We're Looking For

* Some relevant experience is helpful but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
