Your workstyle in this role will be a frontline/community based worker.
About the role:
We are currently seeking a fully qualified, time served individual to join our team as a Plasterer.
As a Plasterer you will be required to work within a busy Building Services team carrying out general maintenance and Capital Works projects to Authority owned Buildings, which includes Schools, Civic Buildings, Offices & Celtic Leisure Facilities.
The post is 37 hour working week.
Working hours are 8.00-4.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00-3.30pm on Friday.
You would be required:
· To carry out Plastering work as instructed by Contract Supervisor/Surveyor/ Architect.
· Ensure works are carried out to the required specification.
· Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork
· Be flexible about travelling to any part of County Borough, including adjoining Counties where work demands.
· Where appropriate provide a schedule of material requirements for works.
· To be able to work individually or within a team with minimal supervision.
About you:
Do you have:
· City and Guilds or NVQ required to level 2 in Plastering.
· A Full driving licence essential
