Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a respected and long-established law firm in London. The dispute resolution team is approachable, cohesive, and well regarded, handling a varied mix of work including property disputes, contract claims, consumer matters, debt recovery, and professional negligence.
The Role:
You will assist on and manage a busy and interesting caseload of general litigation matters, including:
* Contractual and consumer disputes
* Property-related litigation
* Debt and enforcement work
* Professional negligence claims
* Landlord and tenant issues
You will work directly with senior lawyers and partners, receiving tailored supervision and mentoring. The role offers genuine progression opportunities for someone looking to grow and develop within a team that values technical excellence and a hands-on, practical approach.
Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in civil or commercial litigation
* Experience across a range of contentious matters, ideally with some property litigation exposure
* Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail
* Confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate support
