We are looking for a confident Qualified Psychologist with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Lodge Salford.

Contract & Compensation
 * Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 a year
 * Contract type: Fixed term (12 months)
 * Working pattern: Full-time, 40 hours per week
 * Location: North West, M6 7WQ (Cygnet Lodge Salford)
Job Description
As a Psychologist at Cygnet Lodge Salford, you will:
 * Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
 * Carry out psychological assessments and provide therapy to individuals and groups.
 * Collaboratively develop care plans and provide training and supervision to colleagues.
 * Evaluate and contribute to service development, including clinical research and dissemination of outcomes.
 * Maintain comprehensive case notes and comply with professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Qualified Clinical, Counseling or Forensic Psychologist registered with HCPC.
 * Experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting.
 * Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema‑focused, Cognitive Analytical, and DBT.
 * Capable of treating self‑harm, aggression, sexual offending history and drug/alcohol problems.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
