We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to lead volunteer recruitment and training, and quality assurance at Edenbridge & Westerham Citizens Advice.
You'll recruit and interview new volunteers, oversee GDPR and SMCR compliance, mentor volunteer advisers and support advice session supervisors. The role involves monitoring service quality, identifying learning needs, delivering training programs, and maintaining comprehensive training records for staff and volunteer development.
We need someone with demonstrable experience in training and mentoring staff and volunteers. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with understanding of equality, diversity and a genuine commitment to the provision of accessible and high-quality advice services.
