Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their busy team in Tiptree, Essex! As a Maintenance Engineer, you will provide essential technical support to all facilities and manufacturing processes in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations. Your role will include attending to maintenance and repairs promptly, servicing CNC machines, offering general support across our buildings, and communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure practical solutions are achieved. You will also maintain a clean and tidy work area and demonstrate flexibility in your schedule, tackling ad-hoc tasks as they arise. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00. Flexibility with working hours is essential, with occasional overtime required during weekends. Maintenance Engineer Requirements: HND, Graduate degree or apprenticeship in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering is vital. Experience with pneumatic systems and familiarity with HVAC will be advantageous. Minimum of City and Guilds or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline. A strong understanding of PLC fault-finding and controls is required. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.
