An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Clerical Assistant based at North West Area Centre, Kilmarnock.

You will provide a confidential and comprehensive medical records support service to the NHS Mental Health Teams within the Mental Health, Alcohol
Drugs & Learning Disability Service. East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should possess an SVQ Level II in Administration. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Experience of working in
an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS networks is desirable. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. The ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload and having the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.
