Based in South Wales and located across multiple sites, offering a wide range of vocational and academic courses ranging from GCSE to degree qualifications. They are looking to recruit a full time permanent ICT Support Engineer to provide 1st line support to students and staff. You will be dealing with a wide range of technical issues with some of the typical tasks including: * Monitoring the ICT helpdesk * Responding to tickets in a timely manner * Investigating and resolving hardware, software and networking issues * Working closing with other members of the team to work through more complex issues. The role would be 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) on site at one of the college campuses.
