We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who will provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Director of the EMBA Programmes to ensure efficient and effective management of their time and work. About the role: The post has a wide range of responsibilities, including managing complex diary arrangements, meeting coordination, providing secretarial support, travel arrangements and financial administration. The post holder liaises closely with academic-related, assistant and senior academic staff in the Department and the University, as well as a variety of external stakeholders and collaborative organisations. About you: To be successful in this role you must have previous PA/secretarial administrative experience, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good time management skills. You should have strong IT skills and minute-taking experience. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload are all prerequisites for this role.
