We are recruiting a Trainee Sales Advisor to join us in our Western Region, based on the Elgar Park Development in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time role in new home sales, helping people purchase their dream home.

What You’ll Do
You will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home. This role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with full training and support provided.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, and our unique selling points; use this knowledge professionally and in a structured manner.
* Ensure Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy are adhered to; inform visitors of PPE requirements when entering construction areas.
* Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, and regularly update and progress prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
* Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
* No prior experience in property sales is necessary.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Outstanding people skills and confidence.
* Positivity and target-driven with good self-motivation.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
* A full UK driving licence.
