The Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment sales or business development who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Your role will be focused on developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, contact, and secure new business opportunities within target sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client needs are met.
* Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required.
* Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline management via CRM systems.
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment or B2B business development (agency background preferred).
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
