HR/Vendor Project Manager-EMEA Benefits Team6-12 month contract£650-£700 per day

Hays are currently partnering with an international bank to be a part of the EMEA Benefits Team, part of the globalpensation & Benefits function, manages a wide network of vendors across the EMEA region. They are seeking an experienced professional to oversee vendorernance and ensurepliance with bank standards. This role will act as a key liaison between procurement, global information security, and vendor management teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
2. Maintain and update vendor inventory and lifecycle documentation using internal tools.
3. Collaborate with Benefits Specialists and vendors to collect required information for risk assessments.
4. Ensure proper registration of data transfers between the bank and third parties.
5. Support risk assessments aligned with the bank’sernance framework.
6. Review vendor performance scorecards and drive adherence to standards.
7. Partner with Information Security to review vendor assessments and evaluate service impact.
8. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party vendors.
9. Track and report vendor-related security issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Procurement Liaison
10. Act as the primary contact between procurement and third-party vendors.
11. Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
12. Ensure vendor capabilities align with business needs.
About You
13. Proven experience in vendorernance, risk management, and procurement operations within a regulated or enterprise environment.
14. Strong understanding ofpliance and information security requirements.
15. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
16. Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
