Your new role
Handyperson, to carry out maintenance, repair and general upkeep tasks across residential andmercial projects. The ideal candidate should be practical, hardworking, and capable of handling a variety of repair and maintenance duties efficiently and safely.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry tasks
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Repair doors, locks, walls, flooring, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work ispleted safely and to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyperson work preferred
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, reliable, punctual, and have a professional attitude.
- Full driving licence proffered
