We are looking for a sales professional with a strong mechanical engineering background. If you understand engineering and enjoy communicating with customers, selling, and providing the right technical solutions, this role could be an excellent fit. At Wyma UK, we deliver innovative post-harvest solutions for the fresh produce industry. You will be selling complex technical systems that help customers improve their processing efficiency. What You Will Do Sell technical solutions and capital projects to customers across the UK & Ireland. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and design suitable technical configurations. Manage the full sales project cycle — from initial enquiry to final handover. Build long-term customer relationships and actively identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the engineering team during solution development. Represent Wyma UK at meetings, presentations, and industry events. Who We Are Looking For A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Professionals who understand engineering principles and project flow. A strong interest in sales and customer communication. The ability to present, explain, and confidently sell technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels. Ideally, experience selling machinery, industrial equipment, or capital projects (not essential — we can train the right person). The ability to manage the full sales process independently. Active knowledge of SolidWorks or Inventor, essential for making adjustments to and reading technical project documentation. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based commission.
