* Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching, learning, and care
* Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy targets efficiently
* Prepare the nursery for inspections and maintain outstanding practice
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold the nursery's high standards
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)

* Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills
* In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
* Passion for early years education and commitment to high-quality care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a new team from scratch
Desirable:
* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
* Paediatric First Aid and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training
* Experience in opening a new setting or managing nursery start-up procedures
Why Join Us?
* Be part of an exciting new nursery launch and recruit and build your team from scratch
* Opportunity to influence the culture, standards, and success of the setting
