Plant Administrator Assistant

About the Role
One of our clients is going through a rapid expansion and requires additional support within their Plant department.
This new Plant Administrator Assistant role comes at an exciting time of growth, with investment in new equipment and operations across the South West, alongside a strong focus on quality and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with system updates, data input, and electronic filing
2. Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate information
3. Scanning, filing, and document control as required
4. Support general administrative duties across the department
5. Assist with office tasks such as stationery orders
Requirements & Experience
6. Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administrative role (essential)
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
9. Professional telephone manner
10. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
11. Experience within a Plant, Parts, or Vehicle department (advantageous)
