Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, facilitating clear and timely communication. Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating as necessary and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies. Budget Monitoring: Track project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and reporting any variances. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably within the tech or infrastructure sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana). Basic understanding of data infrastructure or cloud technologies is advantageous.
